Home Learning – Week 1

We hope everyone is keeping well? It has been lovely to see so many photos, please keep sending them in! We hope you had a lovely Mother’s Day, the children worked really hard at their special Teapot Cards and flower arrangements

We had planned to have our Easter Egg Hunt at Royston Wood yesterday but although that could not go ahead, it clearly hasn’t stopped your preparations for Easter

You certainly seem to be enjoying your Learning Packs – one little girl started immediately it arrived…….

………and others soon after!

A big thank you to the Easter Bunny’s little helper who delivered lots of the baskets on his bike – he deserved a little nap after all that work!

We’ve had a lot of fun this term with Pancake Day, Forest School activities with Emma, cooking week, pepper ‘germ’ experiments and the best snack ever – muffin pizzas made by the children…..

…..and we can see how much fun you’re having at home too……..

………..please keep the rainbow pictures coming in!

We’ve had three celebrations last week – two birthdays (they’re the grand old age of 3 now) and the newest arrival to our Ladybirds family

This week we would have been reviewing some of the sounds we’ve been learning about s a t i p. If you have some time you might like to encourage your child to notice things in the house which begin with these sounds. And for our maths, we would have been looking at long, short, tall and tiny.

Keep safe and well everyone
