Ladybirds Pre-School is managed by an elected committee of parents/carers responsible for the overall running of the pre-school, reviewing policy and practice and for the employment and appraisal of staff. Meetings are usually held once every half term.
We are currently looking for someone to take on the role of Secretary. You would be responsible for taking minutes of the meetings and to circulate these via email, book any events/fundraising, deal with correspondence etc. Joining the Committee is a great way to make friends and become involved in the decisions regarding Ladybirds. The next committee meeting will be at 8pm on the 20th April at The Angel, Stoke By Nayland. All are welcome to come, even if you are not on the committee. It is an opportunity to express your views and ideas.
