The children have really enjoyed playing with our new toys this week, including the fantastic train table, magnetic letter boards and the Honey Bee game, with which the children showed us how gentle they can be, carefully pulling out the leaves without disturbing the bees! Finishing off our Room on the Broom theme, we made sparkly wands and stick puppets with all the characters. Thank you Grace for giving us that idea! The children had a lovely surprise when Sarah came in and read “Come on Daisy” – a great favourite. And our Letter of the Week was ‘o’ – the children brought in a range of items beginning with that letter including an octopus, owls, oranges, Olaf, an octonaut and……….oregano! Well done everyone!
